For agencies

Ship document-powered AI agents faster.
Keep more margin on every client project.

Claix gives AI automation agencies a reusable document layer for PDFs, invoices, contracts, spreadsheets and email attachments. Extract structured JSON, preserve source evidence, retain document context and route uncertain cases to human review—so you reuse the same foundation across clients instead of rebuilding document pipelines from scratch.

Keep delivering the agent, CRM, ERP and workflow stack you already sell. Claix handles the document layer underneath. Do not sell another round of engineering hours to solve the same document problem for every client.

Built for AI automation agencies, n8n and Make consultancies, system integrators and technical delivery teams.

Where margin disappears

Where agency margin disappears in document-agent projects

In many client projects, the document path becomes the hidden delivery burden. The agent is what the client wants to buy. The document pipeline is where delivery margin disappears.

  • Unpriced document work consumes delivery margin

Your team spends billable engineering time on ingestion, parsing, schema mapping, storage and retrieval before the agent can deliver visible value.

  • Every proposal repeats the same foundation

Invoice agents, contract agents and intake agents look different to the client, but they often need the same document infrastructure underneath.

  • The project becomes a hidden support obligation

Layout changes, extraction failures, stale retrieval and edge cases become maintenance work the agency must absorb or support indefinitely.

  • Evidence makes automation sellable

A client is more likely to approve an automated write when the workflow can show where a value came from and why it was accepted.

  • A wrong write becomes your incident

When incomplete or conflicting data enters an ERP, CRM or finance system, the agency owns the explanation. Human review provides a controlled stop before that happens.

Before / with Claix

What changes in the commercial delivery model

Custom document stack

  • Custom document pipeline per client.
  • Repeated engineering work on ingestion and retrieval.
  • One-off citation logic after the fact.
  • Post-launch maintenance owned by the agency.
  • Unclear handling of missing data.
  • Harder to standardise delivery and pricing.

With Claix

  • Reusable document foundation across projects.
  • Schema changes instead of rebuilding infrastructure.
  • Evidence and context available by default.
  • Human review path included in the workflow.
  • Faster pilots and handovers.
  • Easier to package and price as a repeatable service.

The commercial shift: instead of selling a new document pipeline every time, your agency can sell a repeatable document-agent capability with a known implementation path, known integration points and reusable delivery assets.

How agencies make money

Turn Claix into a repeatable service line

Claix is not only an implementation tool. It gives agencies a way to standardise, package and resell document-powered automation.

  • Sell invoice approval agents.
  • Sell contract monitoring workflows.
  • Sell document intake systems.
  • Sell finance reconciliation automations.
  • Sell onboarding agents.
  • Add document automation to existing CRM or ERP projects.
  • Offer monitoring, schema updates and workflow optimisation as a retainer.
  • Reuse the same technical foundation across multiple clients.

How agencies package Claix

  • Include Claix in your implementation fee.
  • Pass usage through as an infrastructure line.
  • Bundle it into a managed automation retainer.
  • Offer document operations as a recurring service.
  • Use it as the technical foundation for a repeatable vertical package.

Reuse

Build once. Adapt across client engagements.

The reusable asset is not a single workflow. It is the delivery foundation underneath many workflows. Keep the same ingestion, schema, evidence, context and review patterns across clients. Adapt the client-specific schema, integrations and business rules without rebuilding the entire document layer.

  • Finance automation
  • Procurement
  • Legal operations
  • Customer onboarding
  • Healthcare administration
  • Internal knowledge systems

Sellable outcomes

What your agency can put in the next proposal

Each package names the document, the structured output and the commercial outcome.

  • Invoice approval

Vendor invoices become structured JSON for supplier, amounts, dates and line items. The agency delivers an approval workflow, not a custom parser.

  • Contract obligations and renewals

Contracts become JSON for parties, dates and stated obligations. Your team sells monitoring and alerts with evidence attached.

  • Client document intake

Onboarding PDFs and forms become the schema for that client. Delivery focuses on CRM mapping and handover, not infrastructure.

  • Invoice, purchase order and delivery note

Related files sit in one Knowledge Space. The agency sells reconciliation with a review queue for mismatches.

  • Document-based customer onboarding

Identity and company documents become JSON for the client process. Incomplete files stay out of the automatic write.

  • Traceable knowledge workflows

Policy and procedure files stay queryable with source evidence, packaged as a managed knowledge automation.

In the engagement

A repeatable delivery pattern for client projects

Your agency keeps ownership of the client-facing agent and workflow. Claix standardises the document step underneath, so your team can reuse the same delivery pattern across engagements.

  1. 1

    Receive a client file

A PDF, invoice, contract, spreadsheet or email attachment enters through the REST API, a webhook, n8n, Make, MCP or the backend you already run.

  2. 2

    Apply the client schema

Claix returns JSON in the format that workflow needs, without a parser specific to every document layout.

  3. 3

Let the agent deliver the visible outcome

Your agent approves, opens a task, creates a record or prepares a response. Claix does not become the agent.

  4. 4

    Stop uncertainty before the write

Incomplete or conflicting data can go to human review instead of writing into the client system.

  5. 5

Reuse the pattern in the next engagement

Your team changes schema, rules and integrations—not the entire document layer—for the next client.

Capabilities

What agencies reuse across engagements

These are the delivery assets you keep, not abstract product features.

  • A consistent contract between documents and agents

Return the fields your workflow expects, in the structure your agency defines. Change the schema per client without rebuilding ingestion, storage and retrieval from scratch.

  • Evidence that helps clients approve automation

Attach source evidence to extracted values so the client can review the field instead of trusting an unexplained answer.

  • Follow-up questions without another ingestion project

Keep document context available for later questions, reducing repeated uploads and custom retrieval work.

  • Cross-document workflows without custom joins

Query related files together—such as invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes—and return mismatches for review.

  • Guardrails before a client system is updated

Route incomplete, ambiguous or conflicting data to a person before the workflow writes to an ERP, CRM or database.

  • Add Claix without replacing your delivery stack

Keep using n8n, Make, LangChain, CrewAI, custom agents, CRMs, ERPs and client databases. Claix supplies the document layer between them.

Integrations

Works next to the tools you already implement

  • REST API for the backends and custom agents you ship.
  • Webhooks when a document finishes and another system should continue.
  • n8n and Make for the automation scenarios agencies already sell.
  • MCP when a client host should call document tools directly.
  • Claix does not replace the client’s CRM, ERP, database or agent framework. It supplies the document JSON those systems act on.

What is a document-aware AI agent?

A document-aware agent can act on business files with structure, context and evidence—not just produce a chat response. Claix turns PDFs, invoices, contracts and attachments into structured JSON with source evidence, and uncertain values can go to human review before a client system is updated.

Questions

Questions agencies ask before buying

Why should an agency use Claix instead of building its own document layer?

Building internally can make sense when document infrastructure is the agency’s core product. For most agencies, that repeated work is not the client’s differentiator. Claix provides a reusable starting point for ingestion, extraction, schemas, evidence, context and human review, so the agency can spend engineering time on the client’s business process and agent experience.

Does Claix reduce our ability to charge for implementation?

No. Claix does not replace implementation work. Your agency still defines the client workflow, schema, business rules, integrations, agent behaviour, review experience and deployment. Claix reduces repeated infrastructure work so you can deliver more value in the same project or preserve more margin.

How can agencies automate invoice and contract workflows?

Send the invoice or contract to Claix and receive structured JSON for the fields that workflow needs. Your n8n scenario, Make scenario or custom agent then opens the approval, renewal reminder or record in the client’s system. Incomplete or conflicting fields can go to a person before the write.

How does Claix work with n8n or Make?

An n8n or Make scenario can send a file to Claix and continue with the JSON response. There is also an n8n community node for PDF, Word and Excel extraction. The rest of the scenario—CRM updates, email, approvals—stays in the tool you already implement.

How can agencies package Claix commercially?

You can include Claix in the implementation fee, pass usage through as an infrastructure line, bundle it into a managed retainer, or use it as the foundation of a repeatable vertical package. The agency still owns the client relationship and the delivery margin.

When should an AI agent escalate a document task to human review?

Escalate when a required field is missing, when values disagree across files, or when the data is too ambiguous to write into a client system. Claix can route that case to a person. The agent should not invent a value to finish the automation.
